UX STRATEGY & DESIGN

Currently working as Chief Experience Officer at CultureSuite, where I bring a user-centred strategic approach to everything we do. I bridge the gap between organisational business goals and user needs, supporting the UX/UI team on a consultative basis and collaborating with our roadmap team on products specifically designed for the arts, culture and entertainment sector.

With a design background and strategic mindset, I help organisations across various industries create and maintain exceptional customer experiences. My work spans from products and services in ticketing to self-serve platforms in utilities, covering the full spectrum from research and analytics to requirements gathering, workshop facilitation, and solution testing and implementation.

I specialise in connecting cross-functional teams and aligning organisational objectives with user requirements through the creation and support of websites, apps, design systems, and digital strategy roadmaps. Clients include:
